The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier reminded firms that the transmission method for internalised settlement reporting under Central Securities Depositories Regulation (CSDR) Article 9 will change from 1 July 2025. From that date, reports will be collected exclusively via two specified submission methods and the CSSF noted that submissions through these channels will be free of charge. The CSSF also indicated it will communicate the opening dates for pre-production testing and provide a dedicated user guide.

Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier to change transmission method for CSDR Article 9 internalised settlement reporting from 1 July 2025
The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier announced that from 1 July 2025, internalised settlement reporting under the Central Securities Depositories Regulation Article 9 must be submitted via two specified methods. These submissions will be free of charge. The CSSF will also provide details on pre-production testing and a user guide.
