The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation published Community Reinvestment Act ratings assigned in July 2026 to 35 state nonmember banks. Thirty-three institutions received a satisfactory rating, while Alpine Bank and The Washington Trust Company of Westerly were rated outstanding. No bank was rated needs to improve or in substantial noncompliance. The monthly disclosures reflect the FDIC’s assessment of how well each bank meets the credit needs of its entire community, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound operations.
