Of those institutions, 33 were rated satisfactory, two outstanding and two needs to improve. The evaluations assess each bank’s record of meeting the credit needs of its entire community, including low and moderate income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound operations. The FDIC publicly discloses the ratings, while each bank must make its individual evaluation available upon request.
