The program offers Moldovan leu financing at a fixed annual interest rate of 5.1%, with MDL 26.02 million in lending resources and MDL 18.32 million in related grants still available for eligible projects in 2026. A grant-free agricultural working capital component introduced on April 9, 2026, with financing capped at MDL 500,000 per beneficiary, has financed 113 businesses with MDL 44.37 million.
