Financing primarily supported agricultural equipment, post-harvest processing machinery and working capital. The program offers Moldovan leu financing through partner financial institutions at a fixed annual interest rate of 5.1%. Its grant-free independent agricultural working capital component, introduced on April 9, 2026, has financed 113 businesses with MDL 44.37 million and caps financing at MDL 500,000 per beneficiary. A further MDL 26.02 million remains available for eligible loans in 2026, alongside MDL 18.32 million for associated grants.
