The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission extended the 20% corporate registration fee discount for micro, small and medium enterprises through Dec. 31, 2026. The reduced rates have applied since July 16, 2025, and generated PHP 54.77 million in savings for registering MSMEs as of March 26, 2026. A separate 50% discount on MSME securities registration fees remains available through June 30, including for securities registered under streamlined processes for specified sectors. Eligibility follows statutory asset thresholds of up to PHP 3 million for micro enterprises, PHP 15 million for small enterprises and PHP 100 million for medium enterprises. Securities registration applicants must provide an MSME qualification certification and have paid-up capital of PHP 25 million, except agribusinesses using the streamlined process.
