The participants focused on the proposed independent Central Actuary under the draft Insurance Market Development Program through 2030. The institution is intended to serve as a central hub for actuarial expertise and analysis, establish consistent risk assessment approaches and improve the quality of actuarial calculations. They also discussed creating a Professional Competency Development Center under the Insurance Payments Guarantee Fund to train and certify insurance professionals.
